Signup boxes.

This is for those who are unsure what to put in the boxes when signing up for a new message board.
| Username: | URL of board - for this board: support | | Name: | The display name to be used for the admin account | | E-mail: | Email address to be used for the admin account and for all board correspondence | | E-mail Confirm: | As Above | | Web Site Name: | What you wish to appear as the boards name - example: Conforums Support. | | Web Site URL: | Link to above. Again, if you don't have one, put none | | How did you hear about us? | Very brief please |
