xx Ads make log-in impossible
« Thread started on: Nov 11th, 2016, 1:43pm »

I see you have at least one other complaint about ads on mobile devices.

The ad makes it impossible to log in on my android devices. I thought surely this would have been addressed by now, since it has been going on for months.

The irony is that I cannot log in as admin to apply a credit to remove the ads.

I was aware of an issue using ipads but not on all mobile devices.. so in the meantime I have disabled all ads on mobile devices - I hope.

I will try an contact Roger, who deals with the ads system to deal with this.

Have we come to any resolution on this ad problem? Blocks out the login on the older iPads on every browser...safari, chrome, Firefox, even opera. Any help?

We believed we had ads disabled on all mobile devices currently and this is the first report since we disabled them. We will get to looking for another fix.

Cand, do you know specifically which generation iPad you are using? I have been unable to replicate the issue so far and this could give me some headyway.
