Problem editing member profile
Post by Bonjour on Jan 17th, 2017, 09:00am

Hello,

On leyland.conforums.com we use the "custom title" box in member profiles to display their approximate location. This is done by the admins modifying the user profile after signup. Usually, this works fine but today I tried to do this and was unable to. I was asked to insert a password. I assume it meant the user's password, which of course we as admins don't have.

Any ideas what the problem is and how to get over it?

Regards,

Bonjour

You need to enter your password into the Current Password field when changing a users profile.

Thank you Dave. Is that a new thing? I don't recall having to do that previously.
